From camera events to hotel action.

G11 Systems is developing its Hotel AI Operation Platform for independent and regional hotels in Cyprus.

From camera events to completed work

Hotel AI Operation Platform is in early development. It is being designed to turn selected events from approved existing cameras into tasks hotel teams can verify, assign and track through resolution. We are looking for hotel partners in Cyprus to shape a focused first pilot.

G11 Systems

A camera event becomes a tracked task

The planned workflow connects an event with its location, the responsible hotel role and the next action. Staff review the alert, respond under the hotel's procedure and confirm when the issue is resolved. The platform is intended to work alongside existing camera and hotel systems.

Explore use cases

Start in public and service areas

Initial planning focuses on approved zones such as lobbies, corridors, pool entrances and service areas. Camera coverage, image quality, access, privacy requirements and staff response must be checked at each property. Guest rooms are out of scope.

Candidate workflows for hotel teams

These six use cases are under consideration, not live product capabilities. Each needs site-specific validation, human verification and an agreed hotel response process. The first pilot will focus on one workflow, with spills and wet floors as the current candidate.

Spill / wet floor / slip risk

First-pilot candidate: flag a possible spill or wet floor in an approved public or service area for staff review.

Person down / fall

Surface a possible fall for immediate human verification. Existing emergency procedures remain in control.

Unauthorized presence

Flag possible presence in a restricted zone using location and time rules, without identifying people.

Door / access state

Flag a door that appears open or out of its expected state in an approved zone for staff review.

Litter accumulation

Create a housekeeping follow-up for visible litter in selected public areas.

Queue detection

Surface a growing queue in selected areas so a manager can decide how to respond.

Exciting? This is only the beginning.

Computer vision is the first step. Next, G11 aims to train different types of service robots on hotel-approved operational data and connect them to day-to-day hotel workflows—supporting staff rather than replacing them. The current scope excludes guest-room monitoring, facial or biometric identification, identity tracking and autonomous emergency action.

Shape the first hotel pilot

G11 Systems is looking to speak with General Managers and owners of independent or regional midscale and full-service hotels in Cyprus. We can scope one recurring workflow, review camera and privacy readiness, and agree what to measure before setting targets.
