These are working terms for review only. Their scope has not been approved. It remains to be decided whether they cover only use of the public website or also any Hotel AI Operation Platform product, pilot or commercial service.

Proposal for legal review: limit these terms to use of the informational website. Any pilot, deployment, data processing, support or paid service should be covered by a separate written agreement. This proposed scope is not final.

About the website

The website describes G11 Systems and its Hotel AI Operation Platform, which is in early development. It also presents candidate hotel workflows and illustrative concept visuals. These descriptions are not evidence that a feature is currently available, and they do not state or guarantee product accuracy, performance, availability or commercial results.

Safety and operational context

The website describes a planned operational-support platform, not a replacement for CCTV/VMS, fire alarms, access control, physical security or a hotel’s emergency procedures. Staff review candidate events and decide how to respond. Any customer deployment, operating responsibilities and service levels would need to be defined in separate, approved documentation.

Use of the website

Rules for permitted use, prohibited conduct, user-submitted material, enforcement and suspension have not yet been drafted or approved. This section must be completed during legal review before these terms are treated as final.

Intellectual property and third-party content

Ownership, licences, permissions, attribution and permitted reuse for website text, design, images, video and marks have not yet been confirmed. The current source includes media hosted on third-party domains; those rights and any required notices must be reviewed before final publication.

Availability, warranties and liability

Any commitments concerning website availability, warranties, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities or remedies require approved legal wording. This draft does not set those terms.

Privacy and cookies

The linked Privacy Policy is also a draft. Its controller details, hosting and server-log information, tracker vendors, purposes, retention periods and transfer details remain incomplete. Both documents must be aligned with the final technical inventory.

Applicable law and disputes

The governing law, competent courts and dispute process have not been confirmed. Cyprus is G11 Systems’ stated first commercial market; that fact alone does not determine the governing law or jurisdiction for these terms.
