Manager on Duty
Starts with a prioritized event queue. Reviews zone, time and context; acknowledges or marks a false positive; assigns the right team; and carries open work into shift handover.
HOTEL OPERATIONS, CONNECTED
G11 is developing the Hotel AI Operation Platform as an operations layer for compatible camera and VMS systems. Its intended experience connects a visual event to human review, coordinated staff action, tracked resolution and operational insight.
THE DAY-TO-DAY WORKFLOW
A mature operations product keeps the owner, context and status connected across every handoff. Each role sees the details and actions it needs to move work forward.
Starts with a prioritized event queue. Reviews zone, time and context; acknowledges or marks a false positive; assigns the right team; and carries open work into shift handover.
Receives a clear task with location, priority and next step. Acknowledges it, records progress and confirms the outcome so the status trail stays complete.
Sets zone and shift routing, escalation rules and operating targets. Reviews exceptions, repeat issues, false alerts and camera health, then refines the workflow with the team.
Sees concise property-level reporting on event patterns, recorded response and resolution, and recurring hotspots—without working through a raw alert stream.
CAMERA STRATEGY
G11 starts from the hotel’s existing cameras and VMS. We compare device capabilities with the delivered stream, placement and workflow. Where a gap remains, we recommend a targeted change—stream settings, lens or view, connection path, or new camera infrastructure.
Inventory the camera, lens and sensor modes, active stream profile, placement and VMS/edge path. Use the delivered profile—not the datasheet alone—as the starting point.
Recommend supported stream-profile changes, a lens or field-of-view adjustment, better placement, or a connection-path improvement to address a documented gap.
If existing equipment cannot meet the need, propose suitable camera or sensor hardware, optics, interface, power, mounting and environmental rating—matched to the zone, not a blanket replacement.
UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE CAMERA PATH
Useful recommendations consider the device, delivered stream, placement, interface and VMS together. The right change depends on which part of that path limits the hotel workflow.
The device, image sensor, lens, supported modes and operating conditions.
The feed actually delivered: active profile, resolution, frame rate, exposure, format and timing.
Mount, height, orientation, field of view, target area and blind spots.
Physical connection and power, plus supported stream or control access such as RTSP or ONVIF.
The system that receives, forwards or archives video, with its own access and handling path.
Edge or on-premises video processing is the design direction; only hotel-approved event data and evidence should move beyond that boundary.
PRIVACY & OPERATIONAL CONTROL
The operating model is built around agreed zones, human review and hotel control of data and response.
Agreed zones. Use hotel-approved public and service areas; never connect feeds from guest rooms, restrooms, changing rooms or locker areas.
Privacy by design. No facial or biometric identification, or identity tracking. Edge/on-premises processing is the design default; each property defines access and retention.
Human-led response. Staff review events and act under hotel procedures. G11 does not trigger emergency actions or replace certified safety and security systems.
Controlled data access. Initial site reviews are physical and metadata-only. Live-feed validation starts only after required controls pass and the hotel approves the exact data scope.
BRING YOUR PROPERTY INTO THE CONVERSATION
Tell us how your hotel handles operational events today, what camera and VMS systems are already in place, and where teams need a clearer path from observation to resolution. That context helps shape the right workflow and deployment approach.
